3. מטרות ותנאים להיפנוט
(א)מורשה להיפנוט לא יהפנט את זולתו אלא בהתאם לחוק זה והתקנות שהותקנו על פיו ולמטרה מן המטרות הבאות:
(1)איבחון או טיפול רפואי;
(2)איבחון או טיפול פסיכולוגי;
(3)מחקר מדעי;
(4)הוראה מדעית בתחום ההיפנוזה;
(5)רענון זכרון במהלך חקירה משטרתית או בטחונית.
