18. עונשין
(א)אלה דינם מאסר שנה או קנס עשרת אלפים לירות:
(1)מי שהפר ביודעין את הוראות סעיף 5(א);
(2)מי שסרב או נמנע למסור מידע או מסמך שהוא נדרש למסרם לפי סעיף 5(ב).
(ב)ואלה דינם מאסר שלוש שנים או קנס שלושים אלף לירות:
(1)מי שלא מסר נכס עזוב לאפוטרופוס הכללי או לנציגו לפי דרישתם;
(2)מי שתפס נכס, ניהלו, העבירו או מסרו לאדם זולת האפוטרופוס הכללי, או שטיפל בו בדרך אחרת ביודעו שהנכס עזוב או שחוק זה עשוי לחול עליו ובלי שהורשה לכך בדין.
