19. תחולת הוראות
(א)לענין סעיפים 8 ו־9 לחוק לתיקון סדרי הדין האזרחי (המדינה כבעל דין), תשי״ח–1958, וסעיפים 2 עד 4, 8 ו־9 לחוק הנזיקים האזרחיים (אחריות המדינה), תשי״ב–1952, דין האפוטרופוס הכללי כדין המדינה.
(ב)האפוטרופוס הכללי או מי שפעל מכוחו לא ישאו באחריות לנזק שגרמו אם פעלו בהתאם להוראות בית המשפט או באישורו.
