אין בהוראות חוק זה כדי לגרוע מהוראות כל דין, ובכלל זה הוראות לפי בחוק הגנה על בריאות הציבור (מזון), התשע״ו–2015, לפי פקודת מחלות בעלי חיים, לפי פקודת הרוקחים לרבות לעניין מזון לבעלי חיים המכיל תכשיר כהגדרתו בפקודת הרוקחים, ולפי חוק העונשין.
