עובד מדינה ועובד רשות מקומית חייבים, לפי דרישת המנהל, להמציא לו פרטים שברשותם הדרושים לו לענין חוק זה, ובלבד שהעובד לא יהא חייב לגלות פרטים שהוא חייב לגביהם בשמירת סודיות לפי פקודת מס הכנסה, 1947, פקודת הסטטיסטיקה, 1947, חוק בנק ישראל, תשי״ד–1954, או חוק הדואר, התשמ״ו–1986.
