45. תחילה ותוקף
(א)תחילתו של חוק זה ביום ט׳ בחשון התשמ״ח (1 בנובמבר 1987) (להלן – יום התחילה).
(ב)תקפן של תקנות שעת חירום (רישום ציוד וגיוסו), התשי״ז–1956 (להלן – התקנות) מוארך בזה עד יום התחילה.
(ג)כל צווים, פקודות וטפסים שהוצאו לפי התקנות ומכוח סעיף 12(ב) לחוק הפיקוח ושעמדו בתוקפם ערב תחילתו של חוק זה, יראו אותם כאילו ניתנו לפיו.
