89. שמירת סודיות לעניין עיצובים בין־לאומיים
הגורם המוסמך ועובדי הרשות לא יגלו כל ידיעה או מסמך שהגיעו לידיעתם מהמשרד הבין־לאומי אגב ביצוע ההוראות לפי פרק זה, הכול בהתאם להוראות לפי הסכם האג.
