90. החלת הוראות הסכם האג ותקנות האג
בכל עניין הנוגע לבקשה בין־לאומית או לעיצוב בין־לאומי רשום, אשר לא הוסדר לפי פרק זה, יחולו הוראות הסכם האג ותקנות האג, בהתאם להתחייבויותיה של מדינת ישראל לגבי ההסכם והתקנות כאמור.
