13. הגבלת משפט
אין מביאין אדם במשפט על עברה על פקודה זו לאחר תום שלש שנים מיום העברה, או לאחר שנה אחת מיום שנתגלתה בפעם הראשונה ע״י התובע, הכל לפי סיום התקופה המוקדמת יותר.
