19. התפנות משרה מטעמי בריאות
תיקון: תשס״ד
השר רשאי, על פי חוות דעתם של שלושה רופאים שמינה שר הבריאות, לקבוע כי מטעמי בריאות נבצר דרך קבע מרב ראשי לישראל או מחבר מועצה נבחר למלא תפקידו, ומשנקבע כאמור, יתפנה מקומו.
