5. איסור התניית שירות בהצגת תעודות
לא יתנה נותן שירות מתן התאמות נגישות לשירות לאדם, בהצגת תעודה המעידה על מוגבלותו של האדם מקבל השירות, אלא אם כן נאמר אחרת בתקנות אלה.
