13. איסור על תשלום עמלת הפצה
לא תשולם עמלת הפצה ולא ישולמו דמי עמילות כאמור בסעיף 41 לחוק הפיקוח על שירותים פיננסיים (ביטוח), התשמ״א–1981, בעד קופת גמל בניהול אישי.
