115. סמכויות מנהל הנמל
מנהל הנמל רשאי לאסור ביצוע פעולת ריתוך או להתנות את ביצועה בכך שהמבצע ינקוט באמצעי בטיחות נוספים על אלה המפורטים בתקנות 112, 113 ו־114, אם לדעתו דרוש הדבר מטעמי בטיחות.
