תיקון: תשמ״ד־3
לא נמסרה הודעה לפי תקנה 124(א), או לא נמסרה במועד, או נמסרה והאמור בה לא הניח דעתו של מנהל הנמל, יסווג מנהל הנמל את חמרי הנפץ בקבוצה 1.1 שבקודקס.
