14. הגבלות בשימוש
מנהל הנמל רשאי לסגור כל שער, כביש, שובר גלים, רציף או מסוך או כל חלק מהם, וכן לאסור את השימוש בהם או להרשותו בתנאים שימצא לנכון להטיל.
