תיקון: תשנ״ב
(א)קברניט אניית חמרים מסוכנים מוצקים בצובר ומפעיל רציף, יבדקו בעת שינוע או אחסון חמרים מסוכנים מוצקים בצובר העלולים לפלוט אבק מסוכן, כי ננקטו האמצעים המתאימים למניעת פליטת האבק בכמות מסוכנת;
(ב)קברניט האניה ומפעיל הרציף יספקו בשעת הצורך כמות מספקת של ציוד מגן מתאים לעובדים העוסקים בשינוע חמרים מסוכנים מוצקים בצובר כדי למנוע מהם כל סיכון אפשרי.
