173. מרזבים ופתחים לפסולת בכלי שיט
(א)קברניט כלי שיט הנמצא בנמל יחזיק את המרזבים והפתחים לפסולת סתומים, ויפתחם אך ורק לצורך סילוק הפסולת בהתאם להוראות תקנה 177.
(ב)קברניט כלי שיט הרתוק לרציף יתקין אמצעי מגן ומכסים לכל הפתחים בכלי השיט העלולים לשמש מוצא לאדים, למים, למי שופכין או לנוזלים אחרים, באופן שיבטיח כי הם לא ירטיבו כל רציף או כל מבנה, ציוד או חפץ הנמצאים בו.
