187. דרכי מסירת דרישה
(א)דרישה תימסר בטופס לפי התוספת הרביעית.
(ב)דרישה תימסר –
(1)אם יש לבעל מען או סוכן בישראל הידועים לרשות הנמלים – במשלוח בדואר רשום לפי אותו מען או לאותו סוכן;
(2)אם אין לבעל מען או סוכן הידועים לרשות הנמלים – בפרסום ברשומות.
