19. הצבת מודעות רק ברשות
לא יציב אדם כרזה, מודעה או כל פרסום ברציף, במסוך, באולם המתנה, במשרד או במקום אחר בנמל, אלא ברשות מנהל הנמל ובתנאים שהוא קבע.
