252. שירות שאינו כלול באגרה
תיקון: תשל״ד, תשל״ח, תשל״ט־6
הוראות סימן זה לא יחולו על שירות הניתן למשגור קטן שנתקיימו בו אחד מאלה:
(1)הוא מכולה או כלי רכב מוביל;
(2)הוא מהווה מטען בשיטעון כמשמעותו בתקנה 221(א);
(3)הוא מכונית נוסעים.
