3. תחולה
(א)הוראות סימן זה יחולו באותו חלק של נמל אשר רשות הנמלים קבעה אותו כשטח מוגבל (להלן – השטח המוגבל).
(ב)תשריט שבו מסומנים גבולות השטח המוגבל יוצג בכניסה לנמל.
