42. סמכויות הועדה
תיקון: תשע״ח
אלה סמכויות הועדה:
(1)לבדוק כל בקשה שהוגשה לפי תקנה 39 ואת המסמכים המצורפים לה; מצאה הועדה בהם חסר או פגם, תודיע על כך למבקש ותקבע לו זמן לתיקונם;
(2)לבחון, באופן שייראה לה, את רמת הידיעות ואת הכושר המקצועי של המבקש;
(3)להעביר את הבקשה על מסמכיה לשר, בצירוף המלצותיה;
(4)לייעץ לשר בדבר קביעת תנאי הכשירות הכלליים הנדרשים לתפקיד נתב;
(5)לייעץ לשר בדבר הצורך בהשתלמויות מקצועיות.
