66. פריקת מטענים וטעינתם
לא יתחילו בפריקת מטענים או בהורדת אנשים מכלי שיט או בטעינת מטענים או העלאת אנשים עליו, אלא במקום ובזמן שנקבע לכך בהיתר שקיבל הקברניט מאת מנהל הנמל.
