78. המצאת רשימת טובין בשיטעון
אם מועברים טובין מכלי שיט אחד בנמל למשנהו, רשאי מנהל הנמל לדרוש מהקברניטים של שני כלי השיט רשימה כאמור בתקנה 76 לענין הטובין שבשיטעון.
