83. הנחת טובין בנמל
(א)לא ישים אדם טובין במקום כלשהו בשטח הנמל אלא ברשות פקיד מוסמך.
(ב)מנהל הנמל רשאי להוציא מהנמל או להעביר למקום אחר בנמל כל טובין אשר הונחו בו שלא בהתאם להוראותיו, על חשבון בעליהם.
