86. איסור הנחת טובין באופן העלול לגרום נזק
(א)לא ישים אדם ברציף, במסוך או במקום אחר בנמל טובין אשר לדעת פקיד מוסמך עלולים לגרום נזק לרציף, למסוך או למקום אחר או לטובין אחרים בקרבתם.
(ב)לא ישים אדם כל טובין ברציף, במסוך או במקום אחר בנמל באופן המפריע לגישה לטובין אחרים או להוצאת טובין אחרים.
