90. מסירת טובין במסירה עקיפה לפי שטרי מטען
(א)במסירה עקיפה, ימסור הקברניט או הבעל של כלי שיט למנהל הנמל את הטובין כשהם מסודרים לפי שטרי מטען.
(ב)לא מילא הקברניט או הבעל של כלי שיט אחר הוראות תקנת משנה (א), רשאי מנהל הנמל למיין ולסדר את הטובין הנפרקים לפי שטרי מטען ולגבות את הוצאות הסידור והמיון מהקברניט.
