98. אמצעי גישה לכלי שיט
(א)הקברניט של כלי שיט שרותק לרציף יקבע ויחזיק כבש מתאים לגישה בטוחה מהרציף לכלי השיט.
(ב)הכבש יהיה מואר באור מתאים משקיעת החמה ועד זריחתה.
(ג)הקברניט ימלא כל הוראה שנתן לו מנהל הנמל בענין מצבם, גדלם וסוגם של הכבש והאור כאמור בתקנות משנה (א) ו־(ב).
(ד)מנהל הנמל רשאי לחייב קברניט לקבוע ולהחזיק כבש לגישה מהרציף לכלי השיט, נוסף לכבש שקבע הקברניט או במקומו.
