בחוק זה –
”גיל פרישת חובה“ – כמשמעותו בחוק גיל פרישה;
”חוק גיל פרישה“ – חוק גיל פרישה, התשס״ד–2004;
”מעסיק“ – מעסיק המעסיק יותר מ־25 עובדים;
”עובד“ – מי שהועסק במקום עבודתו חמש שנים לפחות בתכוף לפני הגיעו לגיל פרישת חובה;
”השר“ – השר לשוויון חברתי וקידום מעמד האישה.
