2. גיל פרישה לעובד שילדו נפטר
על אף האמור בחוק גיל פרישה ובחוק שירות המדינה (גמלאות) [נוסח משולב], התש״ל–1970, מעסיק לא יחייב עובד שהוא הורה שילדו נפטר והוא הגיע לגיל פרישת חובה לפרוש מעבודתו בשל גילו, בארבע השנים מיום הגיעו לגיל פרישת חובה.
