16. תגמול לאלמנה של אסיר ציון
תיקון: תשנ״ח, תשנ״ח־2
נפטר אסיר ציון בחוץ לארץ לאחר שהשתחרר מהמאסר או מהמעצר, ישולם לאלמנתו ולילדיו, תגמול השווה לקיצבת שאירים לפי חוק הביטוח, ובלבד שאינם מקבלים קיצבה אחרת מכוח החוק האמור; לענין תשלום התגמול יחולו הוראות פרק י״א לחוק הביטוח, בשינויים המחויבים.
