10. ועדת ערר
תיקון: תשל״ג, תשס״ה
תוקם ועדת ערר וזה הרכבה:
(1)שופט בדימוס של בית משפט מחוזי שמינהו שר המשפטים והוא ישמש יושב ראש הועדה;
(2)איש ציבור שמינהו שר השיכון שלא מבין עובדי המדינה;
(3)איש ציבור שמינהו שר העבודה שלא מבין עובדי המדינה;
(4)שני יועצים שמינה השר, האחד על פי המלצת הארגון היציג של הקבלנים הרשומים והאחר על פי המלצת הארגון הגדול ביותר של פועלי הבנין במדינה; היועצים ישתתפו בדיוני ועדת הערר ויחוו דעתם, אך לא ישתתפו בהכרעה.
