11. סמכויות עזר סדרי דין וערעור מינהלי
תיקון: תשס״ה
(א)לועדת ערר יהיו כל הסמכויות לפי סעיפים 9 עד 11 לחוק ועדות חקירה, תשכ״ט–1969.
(ב)ועדת ערר תקבע בעצמה את סדר הדין שלה במידה שלא נקבע בחוק זה או בתקנות לפיו.
פורסמו תקנות רישום קבלנים לעבודות הנדסה בנאיות (סדרי דין בועדת ערר), תשל״א–1971.
(ג)החלטת ועדת הערר נתונה לערעור לפני בית משפט לענינים מינהליים.
