4ה. סדרי הדין
תיקון: תשכ״ה
(א)שר המשפטים רשאי להתקין תקנות הקובעות את סדרי הדין לפני ועדת ערר; סדרי הדין החלים בבית משפט שלום בדיון אזרחי על פי בקשה בדרך המרצה יחולו ככל שלא נקבעה הוראה אחרת בחוק זה או בתקנות כאמור.
(ב)לועדת הערר יהיו כל הסמכויות הנתונות לועדת חקירה בסעיף 5 לפקודת ועדות חקירה.
