5. איסור הטעיה
(א)לא ימכור אדם זרעים באופן העשוי להטעות ביחס לזן, לטיב, לכמות או לתכונותיהם האחרות.
(ב)הוראת סעיף זה אינה גורעת מהוראות פקודת סימני סחורות.
