19. שינוי וביטול הכרזה
תיקון: תשנ״א [17(6)]
בלי לגרוע מסמכויות מנהל השירותים הוטרינריים ורופא וטרינר ממשלתי לשנות או לבטל הכרזה שנתנו לפי סעיף 18, רשאי שר החקלאות לשנות או לבטל הכרזה שנתן מנהל השירותים הוטרינריים ורשאי מנהל השירותים הוטרינריים לשנות או לבטל הכרזה שנתן רופא וטרינר ממשלתי, והכל בדרך שההכרזה היתה ניתנת לשינוי או לביטול בידי מי שנתן אותה.
