לא תהיה עילת תביעה נגד המדינה או נגד עובד מעובדיה על מעשה שנעשה בתום לב לפי הוראות פקודה זו או לפי הוראות ביצוע, ופרט לאמור בפקודה זו, לא ישולם פיצוי בשל מעשה שנעשה לפיה אלא אם כן הורה שר החקלאות אחרת.
