24א. חיי מדף של בשר גולמי
תיקון: תשפ״ג־2
(א)בעל היתר הפעלה יקבע את אורך חיי המדף של הבשר הגולמי שייצר ויסמן אותו; בסעיף זה ”היתר הפעלה“ – היתר שניתן לפי פקודה זו להפעלת מפעל לבשר גולמי כהגדרתו בסעיף 177 לחוק הגנה על בריאות הציבור (מזון), התשע״ו–2015.
(ב)בעל היתר ייבוא לפי פקודה זו יסמן את אורך חיי המדף של בשר בהמות גולמי ובשר עוף גולמי שייבא, ובלבד שאורך חיי המדף כאמור לא יעלה על אורך חיי המדף שקבע היצרן במדינת הייצור לאותו מוצר.
