38. סמכויות ותקופת כהונה
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)יושב ראש הרשות, שמונה לפי סעיף 22(ב)(1), ישמש גם כמנהל הרשות ויהיה ממונה על ביצוע תפקידי הרשות לפי חוק זה; יושב ראש הרשות יהיה כפוף במישרין לשר.
(ב)יושב ראש הרשות יהיה עובד מדינה, ותקופת כהונתו – חמש שנים, וניתן לחזור ולמנותו לתקופת כהונה נוספת אחת.
