39. כשירות לכהונה
כשיר לכהן כיושב ראש הרשות, אזרח ישראלי ותושב בה שנתקיימו בו שניים מאלה:
(1)הוא בעל תואר אקדמי באחד המקצועות הבאים: כלכלה, מינהל עסקים, ראיית חשבון, הנדסה או מקצוע אחר שבתחום התפקידים של הרשות לפי חוק זה;
(2)הוא בעל נסיון מצטבר של חמש שנים לפחות בתפקיד בכיר בתחום הניהול של תאגיד בעל היקף עסקים משמעותי, או בתפקיד בכיר בשירות הציבור בנושאים כלכליים או הנדסיים.
