2ב. מכשיר איכון ובקרה
תיקון: תשפ״ו־4
(החל מיום 26.1.2028): מכשיר איכון ובקרה לעניין תקנות אלה הוא מכשיר מסוג VMS (Vessel Monitoring System) או מכשיר איכון ובקרה אחר שאישר פקיד הדיג הראשי, המאפשרים איכון של הספינה, והעברת נתוני איכון ומזהים ישירים בזמן אמת למערכת מקוונת, באופן אוטומטי, אמין ומאובטח במקרים כאמור בתקנה 2ד; פקיד הדיג הראשי יפרסם באתר האינטרנט של המשרד מכשירי איכון ובקרה שאישר.
