10. חובת ההוכחה
תיקון: תש״ח
אם בכל משפט בקשר למלט שנתפס בשל אי תשלום מס בלו [במקור: מס אקסייז] או בשל עברה על פקודה זו, תתעורר מחלוקת בשאלה אם שולם המס או אם ייצורו או החזקתו של המלט היו כדין, תהא חובת ההוכחה של דברים אלה חלה על הנתבע.
