1. פירושים
בחוק זה –
”צמח“ כולל כל דבר שבעולם הצומח וכל חלק מצמח, בין שהוא תלוש הימנו ובין שאיננו תלוש הימנו;
”מנהל“ פירושו מנהל מדור השמירה על הקרקע במשרד החקלאות;
”מפקח“ פירושו אדם שהמנהל מינהו כמפקח לצורך חוק זה;
”שדה“ כולל חורשה, יער, גן, מטע, צדי כביש ודרך.
