11. זכות כניסה
למפקח, לאדם שהורשה לכך על ידיו, וכן לכל שוטר, הרשות להיכנס לשדה ולכל מקום אחר, לשם פיקוח על קיום חוק זה ולשם ביצוע הוראותיו.
