4. איסור לשרוף חמרים ולהשליך דברים בוערים בשדות
(א)לא ישליך אדם סיגריה לוחשת, או גפרור דולק –
(1)בתחום של פחות משלושה מטר מצמחים בשדה;
(2)במדרון;
(3)מתוך רכבת או כלי רכב בכבישים או בדרכים.
(ב)בלי לפגוע באמור בסעיף קטן (א) לא יצית אדם ולא ישרוף כל חומר, ולא ישליך חומר בוער או לוחש, או חומר העלול להתלקח, בתחום של עשרה מטר מצמחים בשדה, ולא יגרום למעשה מהמעשים האלה.
