6. התקנת קווי בידוד
(א)המחזיק בשדה חייב, לפי דרישה בכתב מאת המפקח ובהתאם להוראותיו, לנקות כל חלקה בתוכו שתיקבע בדרישה, ולהחזיקה נקיה, מצמחים ומכל חומר אחר העלול להתלקח או לבעור, ובלבד שרחבה לא יעלה על 10 מטר.
(ב)אדם שקיבל דרישה או הוראה לפי סעיף קטן (א), רשאי תוך 15 יום מתאריך קבלתה לערער עליה בפני המנהל, והחלטת המנהל תהיה סופית.
