52. סמכות לעלות על קרקע
תיקון: תשכ״א, תשס״ו, תשפ״ב
(א)רשאי הממונה או רשות הניקוז, הם ושליחיהם, להיכנס בכל עת סבירה לכל קרקע ובנין ולעשות כל פעולה הדרושה כדי לברר את האפשרות או הצורך למלא כל תפקיד או להשתמש בכל סמכות לפי חוק זה, או כדי לערוך מדידת מים וקרקע או לבצע חפירות וקידוחים בקרקע.
(ב)על עבודות שבוצעו לפי סעיף קטן (א) יחולו הוראות סעיף 32.
