21. תקנות לעניין תפיסה וחילוט
שר המשפטים ממונה על ביצוע הוראות פרק זה, והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצועו, ובכלל זה תקנות בעניינים אלה:
(1)סדרי דין בבקשה לחילוט בהליך פלילי או אזרחי, לרבות לעניין מסירת הודעה לטוענים לזכות ברכוש והגשת טענותיהם בעניין החילוט;
(2)ניהול הרכוש שנתפס וחולט לפי הוראות פרק זה, ובכלל זה אופן תשלום הוצאות ניהול הרכוש כאמור; תקנות לפי פסקה זו יותקנו בהסכמת שר האוצר.
