22. סמכות לקבלת מידע ושמירתו
הסמכות לפי סעיף 28 לחוק המאבק בתכנית הגרעין של איראן, תהיה נתונה לעובד מטה הסנקציות שהשר הסמיך לכך גם לשם מילוי תפקידי מטה הסנקציות לפי חוק זה לגבי מידע שיש בו כדי לסייע למטה הסנקציות במילוי תפקידיו כאמור, והוראות אותו סעיף יחולו לעניין מסירה, קבלה ושמירה של המידע.
