2. חדלות פירעון
חדלות פירעון היא מצב כלכלי שבו חייב אינו יכול לשלם את חובותיו במועדם, בין אם מועד פירעונם הגיע ובין אם לאו, או שהתחייבויות החייב, לרבות התחייבויות עתידיות ומותנות שלו, עולות על שווי נכסיו.
